    Glad to see you adapting to a healthy lifestyle! However, do remember that fruit contains a lot of sugar, just like the muffins. You probably should cut down on the fruit. Eat it when you really want it, but not every day. I know most people say that fruit is sooo healthy, and it does contain some good stuff, but you can get the good stuff elsewhere, without having to consume that much sugar.
