Where did that background come from? I looks like some area in someone’s house.

  2. ChrisLAS Says:

You know I’ve had that background for a couple years (I used it once before in another show, but I sit on it so it dosen’t get over used). So I don’t recall where I got it, but I do really love it.

We did have a smart phone optimized them for a few years, but as mobile browsers have gotten better, I’ve had more request to remove the mobile them, then I’ve had to keep it.

I now mobile browsers are good, but I like mobile sites better because that way I don’t have to zoom, etc. I appreciate you getting back to me. Subject: [jupiterbroadcasting] Re: Pimp Your Penguin | LAS | s23e08

    Hello guys
I instaled win7 on my laptop recently to check out how optimus running on it and to my surprise bumblebee in combination with bumblebee-ui makes much more sense to me than windows implementation (usually it is other way around) where you can not set up particular application to run with nvidia in my case. So even thou bumblebee is a hack as Matt pointed out from my point of view as end user it is more comfortable/logical to use/setup than windows implementation.
Thank you for this show, you guys rocks :) and I am especially happy that Matt is “a regular” on LAS. Keep up the good work guys.

    Dear Matt,

Although most, if not all, modern web browsers will replace the incorrect backslash ( ) in a URL with the correct FORWARD slash ( / ), it is still technically incorrect to use a backslash in a URL. I only mention this because I’ve noticed that you keep telling the audience to go to “datamation.com backslash open dash source”… and you could save an entire syllable’s effort by just using the word “slash” AND you’ll be more correct for it!

Oh, the down sides of being obsessed with details…

Anyway, I don’t mean to insult or put down by any means. I love the show and look forward to it every week. You guys are both doing an awesome job. Keep up the good work.

No worries. :) We addressed “what’s happening and why” when I say this here, for deeper understanding. :) http://www.reddit.com/r/LinuxActionShow/comments/10et7v/matt_this_is_a_forward_slash_and_this_one_is_the/c6cytqm

Why are you both wearing red shirts, it confuses the heck out of me when I am listening to the podcast (audio version)! 😉
